1. Service Description

Anora (“the Service”) is an AI-powered platform for generating personalized romance novels. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Anora (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and is available via web and mobile applications. Contact us at team@askanora.com.

2. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. User Obligations

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate content involving minors in sexual situations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent the Service’s AI systems.
• Resell or redistribute generated content on other AI or publishing platforms without attribution.
• Use the Service for harassment, hate speech, or content promoting real-world violence.
• Share account credentials or create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these obligations, at our sole discretion.

4. Content Ownership

Your inputs: You retain ownership of the story prompts, character descriptions, and preferences you provide to the Service.

AI-generated content: Stories and chapters generated by the Service are provided to you under a personal, non-exclusive license. You may use generated content for personal enjoyment and, subject to Section 3, for sharing on social media with credit to Anora.

Platform rights: We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated generated content to improve our AI models and demonstrate platform capabilities.

5. Subscriptions & Credits

The Service is available on a subscription basis with monthly or annual plans. Credits (used to generate or read stories) are non-transferable, non-refundable unless required by applicable law, and expire upon account termination.

Subscription fees are charged in advance. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.

For Apple App Store purchases, refunds are governed by Apple’s refund policies. Contact team@askanora.com for billing questions.

6. Adult Content

The Service may generate mature, explicit, or adult-oriented romantic content. By using the Service you confirm you are 18 or older and consent to receive such content. You are responsible for ensuring you access the Service in compliance with laws in your jurisdiction.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your specific expectations. AI-generated stories are fictional; any resemblance to real persons or events is coincidental.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Unused credits are forfeited upon account deletion and are non-refundable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
